Lynwood Williford, Jr.
After Leaving North Carolina State University in
the earlier 80's and a brief stint in the tourism business, Lyn Jr., joined The
L. Williford Co., and learned the business of appraising. Lyn Jr., earned
his State Residential Certification license, after the State of North Carolina
began to require appraisers to be licensed. Along with residential work;
Lyn Jr. also has performed work for apartments, shopping centers, churches,
land, and warehouses. As well as working with local governments involving
flood buy-out projects in regards to Hurricane Fran and Floyd. Lyn Jr.,
also works on a regular basis with the North Carolina Department of
Transportation regarding right-of-way construction appraisals. Lyn Jr., is
also currently qualified to conduct FHA/HUD appraisal work.
