Company Profile

The L. Williford Co. Inc. was started in 1985 by Lynwood Williford, after leaving the Savings and Loan Business.  Lynwood Williford Sr., also received his SRA professional designation from the Appraisal Institute.  When the State of North Carolina began to license appraisers, Lyn Sr., earned his State General Certification.  In 1985 Lynwood Williford Jr., joined the firm and also became a professional appraiser.  Lyn Jr., holds a State Residential Certification.  

Our Firm handles all Single Family appraisal, including Conv.,VA, and HUD work.  We also perform Relocation, Liquidation, and Review work.

In addition to Single Family we also perform appraisals on Duplexes, Apartments, Farms, Land Tracts, and Light Commercial work.  We have also worked with local city, county governments in regards to flood buy-out projects.  We also conduct work for the State Department of Transportation for Highway right-of-way projects.
